FLORIDA –– The spiny lobster recreational and commercial seasons close on April 1 in state and federal waters.
According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the season will reopen on August 6, 2023.
A two-day recreational sport season will be held the last consecutive Wednesday and Thursday of July, which is July 26-27, 2023, the FWC said.
