EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. — The 96th Medical Group recently completed its $24 million renovation of its labor, delivery, and surgery departments.
The Labor and Delivery department has seven private labor and delivery rooms, three exam and triage rooms, two post-partum rooms and two C-section operating rooms with upgraded medical equipment and modern furniture.
The Surgery department has seven operating room suites; five of them were newly renovated.
The sterile processing department, within Surgery, has new processing equipment.
