Eglin FCU mortgage supervisor honored for 30 years of service

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla.Eglin Federal Credit Union has recognized Susan Dombrigues, Quality Control/Underwriting Supervisor for Mortgage Services, for 30 years of service.

Ms Dombrigues joined Eglin FCU in 1995 as a loan information assistant at the Hurlburt Field Branch before being promoted to loan counselor later that year. She transitioned to Mortgage Services in 1999 and has since held various leadership positions, earning a promotion in 2020 to her current role.

“Over the past three decades, Susan has been a dedicated member of our Credit Union team,” said Mortgage Services Manager Mark Franks.

“Her strong work ethic and steadfast loyalty have significantly enriched our department. We deeply appreciate the commitment she has demonstrated throughout her years with us, and we look forward to many more years together.”

Reflecting on her milestone, Ms Dombrigues said she never expected to spend three decades with one employer but has found Eglin FCU to be like family.

“I’ve learned so much over my time here, and I look forward to the years to come,” she said. She also shared her pride in now working alongside her son, Ryan, who is also employed at the credit union.
