NICEVILLE, Fla –Effective March 23, lobbies will be closed at all Eglin Federal Credit Union (EFCU) locations including its location in Niceville (Bluewater Bay). Teller services will be limited to the Drive-Up lanes.
The announcement was made Friday by Jerry Williams, President/CEO, Eglin Federal Credit Union.
Williams is encouraging all members to use EFCU’s electronic services. Instructions for use can be found at https://www.eglinfcu.org/mobilesolutions.
The EFCU call center is available to assist members by phone at 850-862-0111 or 800-367-6159.

Insecure email can be submitted through memberservices@eglinfcu.org. Please do not send private data via insecure email.
If members need access to a safe deposit box or have other critical business that must be accomplished in person, they should contact EFCU to schedule an appointment.
“If you find yourself having financial difficulties due to the current situation, please contact us for assistance. Every situation is different, and we want to find ways to help you in this time of need,” Williams wrote in an email to members.
