Silver Airways
Silver Airways announced today that it is starting daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Pensacola International Airport (PNS) beginning February 13, 2019.
To celebrate the new nonstop service connecting South Florida and the Pensacola/Mobile region, Silver is offering introductory fares from $89* available at SilverAirways.com for a limited time for travel between February 13, 2019 and May 22, 2019, for ticketing before November 19, 2019.
To complement the new service, Silver offers convenient connections beyond Fort Lauderdale to Key West and the Bahamas. In addition, connections are available to destinations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America through Silver’s interline ticketing partners, including JetBlue, United, Avianca and Azul Brazilian Airlines.
“Adding nonstop service between South Florida and the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast region is a natural addition to Silver’s already extensive Sunshine State route network,” said Silver Airways CEO Steve Rossum. “We’re thrilled to offer business, leisure and military travelers yet another affordable, convenient and time-saving way to fly within Florida versus driving.”
“The addition of nonstop service to Fort Lauderdale and the south Florida area provides another link to one of the Pensacola Gulf Coast Region’s top ten market areas and important connecting opportunities on the Silver network to Key West and the Bahamas, and hundreds of other destinations served by Silver’s airline partners,” said Pensacola Airport Director Dan Flynn.
