NICEVILLE, Fla. — The City of Niceville has announced that portions of College Boulevard will be closed to motorists from time to time during the next four months while the bridge over Turkey creek is resurfaced.
The project is set to begin on February 14.
West College Blvd. from State Road 85 to Kelly Way, and West College Blvd. from State Road 85 to Falcon Trial will be open to local traffic only.
According to the announcement, the initial closure will last 3 days while workers mill and clean up asphalt on the bridge.
After the initial road closure, there may be additional lane closures over the next four months.
There will be message boards and detour signs notifying motorists and the public of the closure dates.
If you use this route for a daily drive, expect delays and consider finding an alternative route.
