The Niceville Post Office is seeking Bluewater Bay business owners with interest in exploring the idea of becoming a contract station for the Postal Service in the Bluewater community.
The post office is sponsoring a special informational session on becoming a contract post office on Friday, October 27, 12 p.m., at Superior Residences at Bluewater Bay exclusively for owners of businesses now operating in the Bluewater Bay area.
The informational session will feature a presentation by Postal Service District representatives showing how a non-traditional business can become a successful contract station for the of the Postal Service.
“This is not a town hall meeting,” emphasized Kelly Lanning, Niceville Postmaster. “We know there is a need in the Bluewater Community for a post office and we’re committed to doing something about it.”
The meeting will be held in the auditorium of Superior Residences, 4595 Highway 20 East.
