Bluewater Christmas Boat Parade Dec. 22

Boats in the Bluewater Christmas Boat Parade will leave the Bluewater Bay Marina and travel north to Nelson’s Cove, around Rocky Bayou and south to Rocky One marker then return to Bluewater Bay Marina.

Bluewater Bay Marina will hold its 2018 Bluewater Christmas Boat Parade & Decorating Contest on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.

Boats will leave the Bluewater Bay Marina and travel north to Nelson’s Cove, around Rocky Bayou and south to Rocky One marker then return to Bluewater Bay Marina.

The best location for public viewing of the Bluewater Christmas Boat Parade is the Bluewater Bay Marina and the nearby shoreline.

The captain of the most festively-decorated vessel will receive a $150 Ship Store Credit.

There will be a skippers meeting at 4 p.m. on race day for instructions and information for the parade.  Boats should be fully decorated and registered for the parade prior to the skippers meeting.

Organizers  will be accepting non-perishable food items for Sharing and Caring. Please help restock its shelves so others can better enjoy the holidays.
