Members of the Hurlburt Field Tactical Airlift Control Party, (TACP), Detachment 3, 342nd Training Squadron, wanted to make sure that the at-risk children placed and the CIC Children’s Neighborhood had a Christmas like most other kids in the community.

TSgt Thomas Jenn, SSgt Stephen Mitchell, along with many other members of TACP, coordinated efforts to collect a variety of Christmas gifts for CIC’s children. They collected donations of fast food gift certificates, toys, an Xbox 360 with Kinect, Bibles and other presents, all in time for Christmas.

Ken Hair, President/CEO of Children in Crisis, Inc. commented, “The Hurlburt Field TACP members really came through for the kids at this special time of the year. We didn’t have presents for all of the children since we get new children almost daily but now we do! We can’t thank the TACP Team enough for their donation of time and hard work”

Hair added, “Military and civilian children of our community fall under the same foster program. I’m very thankful that the TACP Team took on the challenge to make a difference in the life of so many children.”
