Shelter House Holds Domestic Violence Support Groups
Fort Walton Beach, FL Shelter House, local Domestic Violence center, announces its group schedule for the new year. Weekly intake and support groups will be held at each location. If you or someone you know may be a victim of Domestic Violence, please attend one of our group meetings at our four locations in Okaloosa and Walton Counties for support and assistance. Contact an advocate to set up your appointment.
You may also speak to an advocate individually. Our services include a 24-hour domestic violence crisis hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, safety planning and crisis counseling, licensed child therapy, court assistance, court accompaniment, help with injunctions, assistance filing for Victims Compensation and Relocation funds, referrals for child care, legal services and employment and much more. Shelter House is a not-for-profit domestic violence center. All services are free of charge.
