Members of the Hurlburt Field Tactical Airlift Control Party, (TACP), Detachment 3, 342nd Training Squadron, supported the at-risk children placed at the CIC Children’s Neighborhood by volunteering during the recent Golf Tournament.

SSgt Komerek, SSgt Beck, SSgt Nickell, along with many other members of TACP, coordinated volunteer efforts to make the 6th Annual CIC Charity Golf Tournament a complete success. The tournament raised over $40,000 in funds, in-kind donations, prizes and auction items.

Ken Hair, President/CEO of Children in Crisis, Inc. commented, “The Hurlburt Field TACP members really came through for the kids at CIC. We can’t thank the TACP Team enough for their donation of time and hard work”

Hair added, “Military and civilian children of our community fall under the same foster program. I’m very thankful that the TACP Team took on the challenge to make a difference in the lives of so many children.”
